FCC Amateur Radio — Amateur Extra Class (Element 4)

FCC Amateur Radio — Amateur Extra Class (Element 4)

This practice exam uses the official NCVEC question pool for the Amateur Extra Class (Element 4) licence (Element 4), valid 1 July 2024 through 30 June 2028. Questions and answer choices are reproduced verbatim from that pool, so what you see here is what appears on the real examination. Each attempt draws 50 questions — exactly one from every subelement group, the same structure the volunteer examiner team uses — and you need 37 correct (74%) to pass. Some questions refer to a diagram; those figures are reproduced from the pool as published. Question pools are revised on a four-year cycle: always confirm the current pool on ncvec.org before your exam session.
