Sheet-Metal Trials: Loaded Angle, Released Angle and Springback Data

Sheet-Metal Trials: Loaded Angle, Released Angle and Springback Data

Original quantitative learning practice in English. All 24 questions are included. Four supplied cases exercise six related calculation targets; they form one topic, not four separate tests. Every question includes the complete initial data. Use the stated model and retain intermediate precision. Choose one answer. Learning target: 20/24, not an official pass mark. This bank covers the calculation topic in its title; it is not a complete professional examination, design approval or operating instruction.

Angles in this supplied trial model are INCLUDED internal angles in degrees. Two trials use loaded angles 82° and 102°; after release their angles are 88° and 110°. Define opening springback=released−loaded. For this exercise ONLY, released angle follows the straight line through those two trial pairs. A target released angle is 97°. A separate measured part is 100° with allowed target deviation ±0.5°. This fictitious data model is not a machine setup instruction. Calculate the opening springback of the first trial in degrees. Keep intermediate values unrounded; round the final result to four decimal places if necessary.
